• How do I return an item?

Email us at: Justbag@justbag.net within 3 days of delivery for the product(s) return authorization instructions. Returns must meet criteria to be eligible for return. 

Returns received without prior notice are subject to a
restocking fee of 16%.

Returns must be in new condition, with ALL original materials and packing. Returns without all the original packaging are subject to a 16% restocking fee.

• Creating your own label or having us do it for you (discounted pricing):

Email us at: Justbag@justbag.net and we will provide you with a prepaid label (discounted pricing) and then deduct the cost of shipping from your return prior to your refund.

Email us at: Justbag@justbag.net within 30 days of delivery for the product(s) return authorization instructions.

• More information on returns:

Please note that returns that come back damaged WILL NOT be refunded. Please be careful to pack all items safely in the original packing, and consider insurance from the carrier.

Returns received without authorization beyond the 3 day window will not be refunded.

Returns determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition can be shipped back to you for a fee of $25.00 plus shipping and handling.

• How long does it take to receive a refund?

Returns must be received within 7 business days of the date you
informed us of your intent to return the item. After 7 days, return will not be accepted.

Please allow 10 business days after the receipt of your return for your refund to be processed and issued back to your original form of payment.
