Return Policy
At JUSTBAG, we take pride in offering high-quality luxury handbags and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you receive an item that is not as described, we have a specific return policy to address your concerns:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
 a. Reason for Return: You may return an item if it is not as described in the listing. This includes discrepancies in brand, model, condition, color, or any notable aspect of the product that deviates from the listing description. Notable return reasons we do not accept are “Size and Fit” Issue, No longer want the item, or Shipping Delays.Â
b. Item Condition: The item you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. If we receive it in a different condition than it was sent it you will be charged a Missing item, Cleaning and/or Repair fee.Â
c. Timeframe:Â You must initiate the return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process:
 a. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return for an item not as described, please contact our customer service team at JUSTBAG Chat. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the discrepancies between the item received and the listing description.
 b. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return authorization process, including providing you with a Prepaid return label.Â
c. Return Shipping:Â You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
 d. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the discrepancies between the item and the listing description.
 e. Refund or Replacement: If the returned item is confirmed to be not as described, we will offer you the option of a refund. Please Note that your refund may have certain fees deducted from it. Including Credit card transactional fee, restocking fee on certain items. and repair/cleaning fee in event that the item is not in the same condition received back.Â
Additional Information: Multiple Returns: Multiple returns for items not as described are generally allowed, provided the returned items meet our eligibility criteria. Should you receive an item that doesn’t align with its listed condition, you have the option to initiate a return request within a 3-day window following the order’s delivery. It’s important to note that if you’ve already accepted the order after this 3-day period, a return request will not be feasible. To request a return, you must provide supporting documentation or images demonstrating the discrepancies or defects that deviate from the listing’s description. It’s essential to be aware that returns related to fit issues, a change of mind, or delayed delivery are not supported.
In cases where a buyer receives an item that significantly differs from its description within the listing or if they are sent the incorrect item, they can report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery. Upon opening a case, buyers are requested to furnish photographs and provide detailed information about the item in question. Once the return is verified, we guide the buyer through the return process and offer a refund or store credit. Please be advised that returns for international orders are not permitted.

Refunds
Refunds from JUSTBAG are typically processed within a timeframe of 2 to 4 business days, depending on your chosen refund method—either the original payment method . Please note that the actual refund duration may extend to 7 to 10 days, contingent upon your financial institution’s processing times. When returning an item that qualified your order for a promotional discount, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the prorated value of the discount. Returns are subject to transaction.
Please note that all returned items are subject to a 16% restocking fee. This covers the costs of restocking your return back into our inventory.Â
For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including all accompanying components such as dust bags, boxes, locks, and the like. Therefore, it’s crucial to handle the packing and protection of the item being returned with care. Items not meeting this condition will not qualify for a refund. Or may be subject to fees. including missing item fee, cleaning fee, repair fee etc.Â
At JUSTBAG, we want to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. To maintain clarity and efficiency in our operations, please note that we do not offer trade-ins or exchanges. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding trades and exchanges:
1. No Trades:Â a. We do not facilitate trade-in transactions where customers exchange items they already own for different products.
2. No Exchanges:Â a. We do not accept item exchanges for different products, sizes, colors, or styles.
3. Eligibility for Returns:
a. If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return for a refund or store credit.
4. Store Credit for Returns:
a. When you return an eligible item, we may issue store credit for the value of the returned item. This store credit can be used for future purchases.
Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. It’s important to note that once an order is in the processing stage, it becomes binding and cannot be canceled.Â
Please keep this in mind when making your purchase decisions. For orders that receive additional discounts or use Coupon codes orders are considered Binding; These orders cannot be cancelled.Â
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% credit card transactional fee that will be deducted from your refund.Â
