We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders (USA), For shipping, we utilize reliable services such as FedEx or UPS Ground shipping, as well as Standard shipping.
In the event of a return, we provide a complimentary FedEx or UPS standard shipping label for the buyer’s convenience. However, if you prefer to use your own return shipping method, please ensure it includes adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item, a signature requirement, and obtain a dropoff receipt. We do not recommend using the United States Postal Service for returns. Please be aware that refunds will not include any original shipping costs and taxes.
Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to make changes to the shipping method. If you wish to upgrade your shipping before your order is dispatched, kindly get in touch with the JUSTBAG Chat bot. In cases where a multiple-item order is placed, and the items are located at different JUSTBAG shipping locations, they may be shipped separately. Rest assured, this will not result in an increased shipping charge for you
